    Established in 1757, Del Cambio is renowned for its historic ambiance, having hosted notable figures including Mozart, as well as its innovative Piedmontese cuisine crafted by chef Diego Giglio. Del Cambio will be welcoming Australian-born chefs James Henry and Shaun Kelly of Le Doyenné in Saint-Vrain, set in the historic grounds of a château 40km outside Paris.

Chef Claudio Vicina will collaborate with Niederkofler, renowned for his ‘Cook the Mountain’ philosophy, which champions ingredients sourced from the Dolomites.

    Alba’s Piazza Duomo uses exquisite Piemontese produce to tell a story. Host chef Enrico Crippa will welcome Hiroyasu Kawate from Tokyo’s Florilège, who brings his creative French-Japanese cooking to a new setting. Both restaurants are known for their vegetable-forward mensu and focus on sustainability, offering guests the chance for a rare gastronomic experience between two culinary powerhouses.
